Mr. Avi Pick (Adv.), Advisor, has a rich industrial and technological background with over 26 years management experience. Since 2007, he is senior partner at Pick Law Offices in Tel Aviv. Prior to practicing as an attorney, he was the general manager of Homestore, a family-owned textile company. He also owned and managed a successful book store franchise in Tel Aviv, which was part of the leading retail store chain in Israel. Avi owns an LLB in law from the Ramat Gan Institute and a degree in Textile Chemistry from Shenkar Institute, both in Tel Aviv. Avi brings to the team a large array of experience and network of contacts in Brazil and will act as the local point of contact for our clients whom we represent in Brazil.

Mr. Ahim Kandler, Founder and Partner, counts on a vast economical and business background of over 20 years. He has 12 years experience in all aspects of international business development and business planning for technology and industrial companies. Ahim is also the Director Israeli Investments of Fogel International, a US-based independent investment bank. He has been involved in a number of capital raising activities for Israeli companies seeking venture capital abroad and prepared numerous business plans which helped early stage companies raise capital. Commencing before 1989, he has a strong background in engineering and business administration. Prior to founding AHIM in 2001, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Tel Aviv where he was in charge of business and financial planning for technology companies. Prior to that he worked for Daimler Benz Aerospace in Germany as a financial adviser on a large-scale project for the European Space Agency. Ahim has a German graduate degree in business administration from LMU University in Munich and Wissenschaftliche Hochschule in Lahr.
Mr. Raul Goldemann, Partner, counts on a vast industrial and technological background of over 25 years in the areas of research, product development and industrial production. His core competency is the establishing of infrastructures for international Market and business development. Prior to joining AHIM, Raul served as the Director of the International Cooperation Program, Asia & Pacific, in MATIMOP - The Israeli Industry Center for R&D, the executive agency of the Office of the Chief Scientist of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and Labor of Israel (OCS). Raul was in charge of the establishment of a bi-lateral governmental funding infrastructure for the Industry, as well as of technology identification for creating national and international industrial R&D collaboration and the identification of strategic partners for generating joint projects. Prior to this position, he served as the Director of the German-Israeli Industrial R&D Cooperation Program in MATIMOP for 6 years, starting in the year 2001, when he returned to Israel after a 23 years period of German residency. Raul holds a German master in precision mechanics. In addition to patents he received awards, such as Design Center Japan and IDZ Berlin.
