In 2010 we have completed the incorporation of our wholly-owned subsidiary company in Brazil. Our subsidiary will act as a no-frills platform for Israeli and German companies wishing to sell medical products in Brazil without establishing an own subsidiary company and without relying on local trading companies and distributors.
We are in the process of receiving the Anvisa certification and importation license for the subsidiary and expect to be able to start representing products in the next quarter of this year.
