When you work with us you can expect to see desirable and sustainable growth of your sales and you can expect to make an agreement with at least one suitable business partner abroad in less than half a year. Distributors should not be just names on a brochure, they should fit into your strategy and help you generate results quickly. Don't expect us to mass email some unknown leads on a generic list, then wait, and hope some will answer. They won't. Many marketing managers sit down and wait after they signed up a reseller. They don't follow up in channel management and think resellers will figure out issues in between themselves. They won't. Many managers don't care of market development, demand and lead generation to support their network of resellers. They just throw all the responsibility at their distributors. And if something doesn't work, it's the resellers who aren't good enough. HOW WE WORK FOR YOUWe take into consideration the complexity of transactions and products and adapt our methods and approach accordingly. One of the differences in how we work with clients is that we are specialized on working with high and low-tech products on the one hand and with Latin American, Asian and European markets on the other hand. We develop markets for capital goods, industrial equipment, components, and consumables. One advantage is that since we are a team with an in-depth understanding of markets we can identify opportunities much quicker and are able to communicate and forge partnerships more effectively. Unfortunately, it's rare to see executives or marketing teams work according to a detailed and comprehensive plan. We put great emphasis on working in an organized way; we plan before we take action. Since business partners in Brazil, India and Germany – and of course in other countries – place a lot of emphasis on continuity, our approach is to build long-term relationships that add value mutually. Another advantage is that we have a great deal of experience in preparing written marketing material, collateral, communications, analyses, and surveys. For instance, we wrote the copy for business plans, marketing plans, press releases, and website content that all produce results. |
