Identification and short listing of relevant tenders. Recommendation of trade shows, but the preparation, participation and evaluation is not included in the scope.

Possibilities of local production including viability analysis and identification of possible contractors. Possibilities of establishing local subsidiary or joint venture. Guidelines and best practices for negotiating with local business partners.

Focused PR to raise visibility for company and its products.


Closed business deal(s) with one or more of the companies in the CRBM, resulting in additional revenue.
